This November... Spaghetti is BACK!
submissions now open for 2025!
The Spaghetti Festival is The Elysian’s annual new works festival showcasing wild new works from emerging talent. We’re tossing spaghetti against a wall to see what sticks. Some will, and some won't, and that’s what’s exciting!
We’re looking for your unproduced great idea that you feel can flourish with some encouragement, a scrappy little budget, and a hard deadline. In the course of several months, you will bring that idea to life with a debut on the Elysian stage.
Shows can incorporate any style or genre that drives you and does not need to be strictly comedy. They may include interactive, solo, or group performances that are driven by an interesting or unique concept or story. We’re particularly interested in ensemble devised work; experimental theater; genre-bending/culture-clashing performances; and work from diverse creators and teams.
Selected shows will receive a performance slot, promotional support, free workshops, development assistance from our Artistic Director and staff, & more!
Calling all artists and designers!
We’re looking for a fresh, eye-catching logo for the 2025 Spaghetti Festival and we want your design!
The winning artist will receive $300 and a festival pass to experience all the comedy, chaos, and creativity firsthand.
HOW TO ENTER:
Create a logo that captures the spirit of the Spaghetti Festival—bold, playful, whatever you want!
Design must be original and colorful
Submit your design by March 31st by emailing it to social@elysiantheater.com
Please submit in PNG format with a transparent background
Our team will review entries and announce the winner in April on our social media and marketing materials!
Winner will be named on event programming
By winning the contest, you consent to your logo being used on any Spaghetti Fest materials including but not limited to: flyers, posters, merchandise, and digital advertising.
