INTRODUCTION TO CLOWN: ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

A one-day workshop! Curious about doing clown and discarding the ego? Or do you just want to throw tennis balls and play with hats? Perfect. Clown gets us embodied and awake. This workshop cracks open our expression and vulnerability, tools indispensable to performers, through physical and playful games and solo exercises. It's all the fun parts of acting class minus the pressure to be a "good actor." This makes the class perfect for both beginners and professional actors looking to deepen their work.

Students leave with the building blocks of clown work, a practice enriching every iteration of performance that makes you love people too. Dig that!

CLASS DATE:

Thursday 3/30 from 12 PM - 3 PM
