In 2020, Kate Banford and Jessy Morner-Ritt couldn't get their stimulus checks so they wrote a surreal short film about it complete with hazy other worldly banks and one spectacular musical number!
The feedback they most received on the project was "ambitious." So they now embark on the most ambitious part of any project--funding it. Join writers/actors Kate, Jessy and their director Annie Brennen for a matinee fundraising spectacular!

Jessy Morner-Ritt on Kate & Annie: Help us get $$ so I can make a project with two of the most insightful & exciting women I have ever met. Kate makes me realize all of what performance and art can do when you stop trying to do it alone. She puts her whole everything into collaboration and community & I think more than anything this project has simply got to be made so everyone can see how freaky Kate can move her body and face. There’s no one in the world meant to catch Kate on camera like Annie. Annie makes the impossible happen!! Every time she talks about her cast and crew, I can hear how deeply she cares about them. I want us all to watch this short through her eyes!
Kate Banford on Jessy & Annie: Two of the most special theatrical minded, absurd-brained women in this here town! Jessy has such a joy for creation and performance that she could hold pebble on stage and make it interesting. Whatever insanity your brain can think of, not only will Jessy support and love it, she’ll take it to a whole new level, then bombard you with surprise. Jessy is mesmerizing! And then to have Annie, a believer with a deeply infused confidence who goes all in, making it a real visual thing - truly rocks. She’s so joyfully confident and supportive of weirdo comedy, I feel taken care of in her lil ‘ol hands. Clone these two!!!
Annie Brennen on Kate & Jessy: I have been living on Cloud 9 since Kate and Jessy first shared Three Banks with me and invited me to work on this project with them! Kate, who is always so masterfully facilitating other peoples creativity, is one of the most knowledgeable and curious performers I’ve ever had the pleasure of watching. She can synthesize so much information and artistic instinct into the most funny and compelling thing you’ve ever seen. Jessy has this extremely infectious courage and playfulness that I wish I could put in a little bottle and sip on all the time! She is boundless in creativity and will probably spend the rest of her life uncovering new and beautiful ways of self expression, which, without her, we would’ve never even conceived of. Please give us money so we can make this rock and roll movie and show my girls off to the whole wide world :)

Seating begins 15 minutes before showtime, there is NO LATE SEATING. Seats are assigned on a first come first served basis, from the front of the theatre to the back. If you want to sit closer, be sure to arrive earlier.
Shows start no later than 10 MINUTES after the scheduled show time.
