The Armando is Los Angeles’s adaptation of the longest-running improv show ever, The Armando Diaz Experience!
This show was originated by Adam McKay, Dave Koechner, and Armando Diaz under the guidance of Del Close in 1995 at the ImprovOlympic in Chicago.
Of course, in Los Angeles, we have to be extra. So get ready to see the country’s top improv comedians create scenes based on stories invented by celebrities from all over the world!
In the second half of the show, our celebrity monologist has the option to partake in “Del Magic.” Instead of sharing real stories from their life, they can take a suggestion from the audience and transform into a character to tell a story.

Seating begins 15 minutes before showtime, there is NO LATE SEATING. Seats are assigned on a first come first served basis, from the front of the theatre to the back. If you want to sit closer, be sure to arrive earlier.
Shows start no later than 10 MINUTES after the scheduled show time.
