In 2006 - just one month before 30 ROCK aired - NBC premiered a brand new television drama by Aaron Sorkin called STUDIO 60 ON THE SUNSET STRIP. It followed the behind-the-scenes mishaps at a live sketch comedy show with all the gravitas of The West Wing. It was expected to be a smash hit. Instead, it was insane and was cancelled after one season.
Alec Robbins (Mr. Boop) and Grace Freud (Rick and Morty, The Eric Andre Show) will be reenacting the pilot episode alongside an all-star cast.
