Alice Stanley Jr. writes dark bubblegum for stage and screen. Currently she is a writer/producer for the podcast SAY MORE starring Amy Poehler. Previous film/tv writing credits include: MOXIE (onset writer, dir. Amy Poehler), BUSY TONIGHT (writer, EP Tina Fey), THE 2020 GLAAD AWARDS (creative consultant, prod. GLAAD), and sixteen Barbie animated series—including the popular BARBIE DREAMHOUSE MYSTERIES and BARBIE CAMP SISTER SWITCH.

Previous theatre productions/workshops include collaborations with The Goodman, Victory Gardens, Chicago Dramatists, Now & Then, The Ethical Society of St. Louis, New Musicals Inc., and Must B Nice. Alice performs at UCB with the improvised musical BABY WANTS CANDY and was a proud cast member of their 2019 total sell-out Edinburgh Fringe run. Related, she is featured in season two of Dropout TV’s musical improv show PLAY IT BY EAR and season three of DIRTY LAUNDRY.
Before moving to LA, Alice was a Chicago Public Schools teacher, toured with The Second City, and improvised too much iO Chicago. She is a proud member of the Writers Guild of America West and the Sunrise Movement.

Seating begins 15 minutes before showtime, there is NO LATE SEATING. Seats are assigned on a first come first served basis, from the front of the theatre to the back. If you want to sit closer, be sure to arrive earlier.
