FORGET ABOUT SPAGHETTI FESTIVAL: 10 NIGHTS OF WILD NEW SHOWS. SEE WHAT STICKS!

*PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION REQUIRED FOR ENTRY*

Santa for Locos is a one person show about saints, superstitions, and mentally ill Mexicans. In this unauthorized profile of her family, Analisa explores what it’s like to lose your country, your mind, and even your teeth. It’s an immigrant melodrama, but from the POV of that one weird cousin— full of slapstick drag numbers and giant paper-maché set pieces. It’s like watching a piñata come to life and tell you its deepest, darkest secret.

Analisa Raya-Flores is a writer, actor, and drag king. Her fiction can be seen in Glimmer Train and Monkeybicycle. Her face can be seen in the short film My Beloved (dir. Eleanor Monahan). She's currently developing a film about park rangers with fellow tiny king Tallie Medel. Analisa lives, works, and worries in Los Angeles.

This show is part of The Elysian's FORGET ABOUT SPAGHETTI FESTIVAL from October 20th to 30th.
