Kevin Krieger: Honest Work

Kevin Gregory Krieger gives you everything in this full hour of high-octane, improvised performance. THIS IS NOT A WORK IN PROGRESS. It is the final product, and the promise is simple: to give you the best show of your entire life – made up right on the spot. No props, no cues, no plans – just a ticking clock and a man willing to do anything to please you.

"You are with Krieger when he strikes comedy gold and you’re with him when he’s eating shit, warts and all. It’s every performer’s worst nightmare and he rides it out with manic, cartoonish gusto....the performers’ guts are on display but nothing is off limits to laugh at, making Krieger a sacrificial lamb." -Pearls Before Swine

Kevin Gregory Krieger is a comedian and director based in Los Angeles, CA. Combining standup, clown and improvisation, his live performances have taken him to stages across the region, including Pasadena’s Civic Center Auditorium where he was featured on NBC’s America’s Got Talent. Under the tutelage and direction of John Gilkey (Cirque Du Soleil), Kevin performed in the critically-acclaimed improvisational ensemble The Murge, which LA Weekly dubbed, "Spontaneous theater of the absurd…LA’s craziest improv show.” In 2023, Kevin directed Claire Woolner’s solo show A Retrospection which was called “captivating throughout” by The New York Times and went on to win Best of Hollywood Fringe. Kevin teaches clown from his very own theater (Public Displays of Altadena @pda_space).
