Carmen performs his new hour of comedy. New York Times recommended - "At the height of the pandemic, Carmen Christopher took his stand-up to the sidewalks of New York for “Street Special,” which was released in 2021 as the first original comedy special Peacock presented on its platform. The program follows Christopher as he digs deep into his own awkwardness, amplifying it both literally and metaphorically: Using a portable mic and speaker, he shares his often hilarious and uncomfortable observations with random strangers on street corners, in outdoor dining sheds and at various parks and landmarks.
Featuring Beck Bennett!
Carmen Christopher now lives in Los Angeles, where he is keeping busy with a role on FX’s “The Bear.” Additionally, he is appearing on and writing for Craig Robinson’s “Killing It,” and writing for “The Curse,” the upcoming Showtime series starring Nathan Fielder, Benny Safdie and Emma Stone. But Christopher… this time performing in a proper indoor club." SEAN L. McCARTHY - NY Times
