Alison Leiby isn’t a mother. She wasn’t a mother after her abortion in 2019 and she’s still not a mother today. And that’s her choice! In an hour of stand-up about her choices--to have an abortion, to be child free, to spend most of her income on jeans--she walks you through the minutiae of exercising your reproductive rights and paints a picture of how easy and frictionless abortion could be. Leiby discusses the pressure on women to be mothers and embraces her own radical existence as a woman without children. This is her kind of revolution--one where you simply don’t do something.
