Think The Bear but Emmy Browning is Jeremy Allen White and she’s actually cooking for you on stage. Upon arrival, guests will given the opportunity to participate in the story or to simply sit back and enjoy. HANDS! is a live cooking ensemble play where Chef Jay and her kitchen staff have to make the perfect potato bite for each audience member and plate it by the end of the show. Performed like a TV show, a camera operator will be following actors on and off stage so you can see the "back of house" experience. It will be like bing watched a limited series on HBO but it’s a play. Come full.
Emmy Browning is an LA based native actor, writer and experimental theatre director. Her original scripted, live cooking play HANDS! was selected to debut at The Elysian Theater's Spaghetti Festival in 2025 and this transmedia, immersive art success has led to a third run.
